The insulation material and the calcium silicate board are bonded with a special composite adhesive and pressed with an 80-ton cold press for 3-4 hours to ensure a tight bond between the panel and the insulation layer.

The density of thermal insulation materials must comply with the standard JG/T287-2013 "Materials for Exterior Wall External Thermal Insulation System of Thermal Insulation Decorative Board".
Special bonding mortar is used to bond the system to the building structure. On-site pull-out testing must be conducted for the bonding strength of the base layer mortar and the wall.
The width of the joints between the boards can be designed to be 8-15mm, which can better release the system stress. Foam rods are used for thermal insulation in the joints, and high-weather-resistant silicone sealant is used for sealing and waterproofing treatment.
